Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Take a well-deserved break and come to the pHuone to participate in Association’s PauseTime! ????☕️

Depending on the wishes of the people present, the break can be spent by playing games, having chit chat with a nice cup of coffee/tee on the side or even watching a film. However, the playstation is having a break too during the PauseTime so the sofa area and TV are free for the common use and we can all focus on each other. Come to meet old and new PT-friends and make yourself at home in the association’s living room!

This week we’ll stop to sew patches onto overalls. So grab your sewing supplies when you arrive at the pHuone!

9.       Search for the chair of the Merit committee

Dear Prosessiteekkaris

Our association’s tenth birthday is approaching and it will be celebrated at our annual ball, Lämmönsiirto. As usual, some of our members will be acknowledged for their merits. For this reason, the search for the chair of the Merit Committee has now been opened!

The committee consists of 4-6 persons and proposes those to be acknowledged based on their observations and proposals from our other members. The board of PT will choose the chair who gathers up the committee. A member of the committee must have been a member of PT for at least four semesters. For a good reason, a shorter membership may be allowed. At least one of the members of the committee must have been acknowledged before.

If you are interested in being the chair of the committee and you fulfill the requirements for being in the committee, fill the application form in PT’s registration machine by 31.3. After the applying period, the board chooses the chair. The chair will choose the committee, prepare the presentation of those to be acknowledged for the board with the committee and present the awards at Lämmönsiirto.
