Hello members!
Welcome to an additional association’s meeting of the Association of Process Engineering Students on Sunday the 2nd of August 2026 starting at 17:00. The meeting will take place at the Learning Center, room 113 Johanna. The room can be found on the second floor of the Learning Center (Otaniementie 9, 02150 Espoo). In order to get the meeting started on time, please arrive early.
Please note that outside the Learning Center’s opening hours, Aalto users can enter through Entrance C (the entrance on the Otaniementie side) using their Aalto access badge. If you need access to the meeting room, please contact the Board and we will let you in.
Memberships will be checked upon arrival, so please remember to pay your membership fee before the meeting.
Since Finnish is the statutory language of the association, the meeting will be held mostly in Finnish. However, questions can always be asked and answered in English.
We will cover the proposal for the receivers of the Golden Badge of Merit, the proposal for the receiver of the ProTekijä recognition, and the suggestion to change the rules of the association during the meeting. The proposal of changes (unfortunately only in Finnish) can be found in the attachments of this email. The proposed changes concern the election of the Vice Chair, replacing the word “association” with “guild” throughout the rules, and several other clarifications to the rules.
