Dear members,
Welcome to the Election Meeting of Prosessiteekkarit! The meeting will take place on Monday 28 September at 17:00. The meeting will be held in lecture hall Ke1 (School of Chemical Engineering, Kemistintie 1, 02150 Espoo). In order to start the meeting on time, please arrive on time, preferably about 15 minutes before the meeting starts. Entrance is through the upper door, and membership will be checked at the door.
The meeting will be held mostly in Finnish, but questions and clarifications can always be asked in English!
At the meeting, the proposal of changes to the rules of the guild will be discussed for the final time, and the Former of the Board for 2027 will be elected. The proposed new rules (available only in Finnish) are as an attachment on the email sent to all members. The proposed changes concern the election of the Vice Chair, replacing the word “association” with “guild” throughout the rules, and several other clarifications to the rules.
Members running for the former of the board 2027 will be published on the guild’s election website. Questions can be submitted to the candidates on the election website and asked in person at the meeting. There is still plenty of time to stand as a candidate, and it is also possible to do so at the meeting. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about running for Former of the Board.
