          The board meetings are on Mondays at 8:10 and you are all welcome to follow! You can check scheduled meetings in the association\u2019s event calendar. The meetings will now be held in pHuone, but because of corona restrictions one can not follow the meeting there.           The Chemistry Guild is holding a casual hangout for new master’s students who have started their studies this fall in majors Chemistry, Chemical and Process Engineering, Biotechnology and Biosystems & Biomaterials Engineering. These students are invited to gather together for a relaxing sauna evening at OK 20 downstairs on Monday the 27th of September at 5:00 p.m. There are also going to some board games and a small snack available. While the sauna gets warm, there will be a company introduction. Come and get to know your fellow students in a welcoming atmosphere!<\/p>\n

          The event is free of charge. Please do not participate if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.<\/p>\n

          Hello,<\/p>\n

          the school of chemical engineering wants to hear the opinions of students about sustainability and its teaching.<\/p>\n

          Aalto wants to include the principles of sustainability in technical studies. The heads of studies have discussed about this with the school’s management. Based on these discussions, the school would now like to know your opinion. How much and by which methods should sustainability be taught?<\/p>\n

          By answering the questionnaire, you can have your voice heard and have concrete effect on teaching in our school in the coming years. You can find the questionnaire here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

          <\/a>10.\u00a0\u00a0 Aalto Effective Altruism Intro event 29.9<\/h2>\n

          How can you do the most good? Interested in making a social impact but don’t know how to get started?<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Aalto Effective Altruism is hosting an Intro Event<\/strong> to introduce you to the concept of effective altruism! The event is open to anyone who wants to learn how to do the most good.           <\/a>14.\u00a0\u00a0 Dissonanssi\u2019s open rehearsals and singing auditions<\/h2>\n

          Dissonanssi is a mixed choir from Otaniemi singing diverse music all the way from renaissance to glam metal \u2014 without forgetting to have fun! We rehearse once a week in Otaniemi at Otaniemen lukio (Tietotie 6, Espoo). During the pandemic situation we have approximately two performances a year. Our rehearsals are conducted in Finnish, however you are welcome to join even with no Finnish speaking skills. Someone is always willing to translate!<\/p>\n

          In fall 2021 we will have auditions at Otaniemi (Ossinkulma, Otakaari 18, Espoo) on Wednesday 22.9.2020 at 18. We’ll have open rehearsals on Tuesday 21.9.2020 at 18 at Otaniemen lukio (Piazza-lobby, Tietotie 6, Espoo). Anybody interested in choir singing is welcome to join the open rehearsals!<\/p>\n

          Due to the pandemic, our normal training time is on Tuesdays at 18-20 at Otaniemen lukio.<\/p>\n
