        The <\/strong>membership fee of Prosessiteekkarit ry can no longer be paid at the same time with the enrolment for the academic year and the AYY membership fee. As a result, the membership register of Prosessiteekkarit ry was transferred to the Kide.app<\/a>\u00a0service the 2nd of August, 2023. The membership fee of Prosessiteekkarit ry can be paid via Kide.app<\/a>. The membership fee for 2023 is 8 euros. The membership is valid for one year from the date of membership approval, which will be done at the next board meeting after joining.<\/p>\n

        To become a full member of Prosessiteekkarit ry, a person must also be a member of the Aalto University Student Union (AYY), and to ensure this, the Kide.app<\/a>\u00a0service will ask for a Haka login to verify student status. Please note that student status can only be verified for one Kide.app<\/a>\u00a0account, so please make sure you use the correct account of your choice before logging in. If you are not a member of AYY, you can become an external member of Prosessiteekkarit ry. External membership does not require a valid student status.<\/p>\n

        We warmly welcome you to the 11th Annual Ball of Prosessiteekkarit on Saturday 23.9.2023. The cocktail event will be held in Otaniemi at an address to be specified later, starting at 13:30. At the cocktail event, guests can give their own greetings to the board of Prosessiteekkarit. A more detailed schedule for the order of greetings will be published closer to the celebration, depending on the number of greetings. This year, the dinner party will be celebrated at Ravintola T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 at Runeberginkatu 14-16, 00100 Helsinki. The dinner party starts at 18:00 and bus shuttles leave from the cocktail party to Ravintola T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 at 16:30 and 17:30. You can also arrive at the venue with your own rides. After the dinner party, bus transportation will be used to go to the after party together. The L\u00e4mm\u00f6nsiirto herring breakfast will be celebrated on Sunday 24.9.2023 in Otaniemi at Otakaari 20 from 12:00 onwards. The dress code at the Annual Ball is white tie with academic honors.

        The traditional excursion of Prosessiteekkarit ry 11th annual ball week<\/span> is coming again!
        \nThis year we are heading to Harjavalta to visit Boliden Harjavalta smelters and factories! Boliden Harjavalta processes are based on hydro- and pyrometallurgical processing of recycled metals and concentrates. Production started in Harjavalta in 1936<\/span>, and in 2004 the factories were merged into Boliden. The factories main products are copper, nickel, gold and silver. As a byproduct, the factories produces sulfuric acid, the production volume of which in 2022 was over 700 00 tons. Boliden Harjavalta factories, including the only nicle smelter in Western Europe, are an important part of the Harjavalta Industrial Park, where almost 20 different companies work in an area of more than 300 hectares!<\/p>\n

        The excursion begins on Wednesday 20.9. at 8.00<\/strong> and we\u2019ll return to Otaniemi late in the evening of the same day (before midnight) after rambunctious evening activities. Be sure to book the whole day for the trip! The excursion is free for members of PT and there will be room for the 36<\/span> fastest sign-ups!           National students volleyball championships are here again and now we will play the women’s and men’s competitive series!
          \nThe Student Sports Federation (OLL) and the Tampereen Teekkareiden Lentopallokerho (TTLK) will organise the volleyball FSE Championships men’s and women’s divisions *at the University of Tampere campus in Hervanta,
          \nTamppi Arena 23.-24.9.2023.<\/p>\n

          The games will be played in two divisions: men’s and women’s. Registration is open until 10.9.2023. There are 8 team places in the men’s and women’s competition series. There will be 2 sets in each game, except in the finals, where there will be a best-of-three format.<\/p>\n

          The entry fee for each series is 100\u20ac\/team, which includes 15\u20ac OLL handling fees. At least 75% of the team participating in the OSM tournament must be OLL members or else the team entry fee will be increased by 50%.

          The village cleanup is coming again! Bring your friends and come to clean up Otaniemi for the common good! There will be snacks and refreshments for the cleaners and also a nice refreshing afterparty at Rantasauna. By participating in the village cleanup, you can collect cleaning hours for yourself and to your association or guild and earn cool prizes.
          \nDuring the village cleanup, there will be yard sale where you can buy or sell used stuff. Great opportunity to recycle some annual ball clothing, for example! Yard sale will be organized in an area between JMT1 and 3. There will be tables only for the fastest ones, so be there yearly. You can also bring your own blanket and use it as a base.
